Gnocchi Sardi is a traditional pasta shape from Sardinia. Also known as Malloreddus they are shaped like mini potato gnocchi but are made with a pasta dough. Great with traditional recipes combined with fresh ricotta or sheep’s cheese, as well as rich tomato or meat sauces.

Snap frozen fresh.

Available in 1.5kg and 3kg boxes. 400g bags available in store.
